 My Philosophy
I do believe in balanced lives, as well as balanced diets and I believe that a fit body can be achieved without personal or mental sacrifice. I believe in sustainability and working smarter, rather than harder, in all aspects of life. My goal for all of my clients is to help them find something they can sustain for the long-term. My plans are not made to be crash diet, quick fixes, they are made to help you become fit, happy, healthy and improve your overall quality of life. I believe every body is different, therefore I make adjustments weekly to my clients diet and training based on their bio-feedback.
